Founded in 2010, Saint Boniface is the first production nano-brewery in Lancaster county and the first brewery in Ephrata. We believe that there is beer-drinker inside everyone. Therefore we strive to make high quality, flavorful beers that satisfy all tastes. Drinkers will find that although certain beers highlight particular ingredients, overall our beers are well-balanced and will appeal to the first time craft-drinker or those who have a more refined palate.

We offer 6-8 beers on tap at any time. Our year-round brews are Extra Special Bitter (ESB), Paidiea Pale Ale, 3LB IPA, Libation DIPA, and Hegemony Stout. Seasonally we offer our Black Currant Stout in the winter and Wheat Ale during spring and summer. We also have our Offering series which is a series of one-off beers that are only available in our taproom. Our taproom is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 4-8 PM and Thursday-Saturday from 11 AM-8 PM. With a concentration on traditional English style ales, we also offer a rotating selection of food through food trucks a local pizza shop.
